Our Story

Thynk Health was born from frustration and innovation. In 2015, a group of radiologists—working in one of the regions hardest hit by lung cancer—recognized a dangerous flaw in the healthcare system: inefficiency was costing lives. Critical data was buried across systems, patient information was entered manually, and too many at-risk individuals were falling through the cracks of complex and overburdened workflows.

Determined to fix the problem, they partnered with engineers to automate the process of identifying, tracking, and following up with patients eligible for lung cancer screening. By applying natural language processing (NLP) and early AI technology, Thynk Health transformed unstructured data into actionable insights—streamlining reporting, improving accuracy, and freeing clinical teams to focus on what mattered most: patient care.

What began as a solution for lung cancer screening has evolved into the most robust and intelligent patient management platform available today. Thynk Health now empowers hospital systems to manage incidental findings and complex disease pathways across all major organ systems. Using state-of-the-art, non-hallucinatory NLP paired with cautiously deployed, monitored large language models (LLMs), the platform extracts and tracks clinically significant details from pathology and radiology reports, integrates biomarker data, and applies AI-driven risk scores for comprehensive, longitudinal patient tracking.
